Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field;
At least 5-7 years of software project development experience involving full-cycle projects. Experience in developing large scale critical systems is a plus;
Must have strong experience in software engineering process. Experience working in ISO/CMMI companies is a plus;
Must have demonstrated experience in delivering quality software;
Advanced skills using the following programming tools and platforms:

o Visual Basic
o Visual Basic.Net
o C#
o SQL Server
o JAVA
o HTML/ASP/ASP.NET

- Possess strong leadership skills;
- Must have experience leading teams either as a team leader, or junior project manager. Actual supervisory and leadership experience are a plus;
- With superior oral and written communication skills in English;
- Applicants should be highly systematic and can deal with pressure well;
- Applicants should be hardworking and flexible;
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status.
