Qualifications

> Bachelor of Science degree holder in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field.
> At least 5-7 years of software project development experience involving full-cycle projects. Experience in developing large scale
critical systems is a plus.
> Must have strong experience in software engineering process. Experience working in ISO/CMMI companies is a plus.
> Must have demonstrated experience in delivering quality software.
> Advanced skills using the following programming tools and platforms: Visual Basic, Visual Basic.Net, C#, SQL Server, JAVA , HTML/ASP/ASP.NET
> Possess strong leadership skills.
> Must have experience leading teams either as a team leader, or junior project manager. Actual supervisory and leadership experience are a plus.
> With superior oral and written communication skills in English.
> Applicants should be highly systematic and can deal with pressure well.
