Qualifications

> Degree holder of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field. Preferably with advanced degree or equivalent in an area of study relevant to this position.
> At least 10-12 years NIT experience in private sector corporate security or related public sector organization.
> CISSP certification is required.
> With five (5) years practice as IT Security Officer and a minimum of four (4) years of direct full-time security professional work experience in one or more of the ten domains of the Common Body of Knowledge.
> With knowledge on ISO 20071 Quality Management certification.
> Ability to analyze, understand, and explain the value proposition of security initiatives to senior executives and Board members.
> Ability to establish a vision for the global and individual business security programs and to build support for their implementation and ongoing development.
> Ability to develop consensus within an organizational climate of diverse operational activities.
> Ability to effectively communicate within all levels of the organization, including briefing of executive management and governance Board committees on status of security issues.
> With emotional maturity to understand the impact and sensitivity of security issues.
> With exceptionally strong business and interpersonal skills and excellent oral & written communication skills in English.
> Applicants must be willing to work in Makati City.
