Who are we?

Formed in late 2005 to provide IT systems capability and support to sister companies, Bastion has since expanded its scope to support third party processing, web crawling, reporting, and a full stack of IT services. We are a team of over 30 professionals with 100 years of combined diverse IT and management experience and expertise. With our Operations and R&D working 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, we are proud to say, we are truly committed to deliver the best swift, reliable and pioneering credit card support system and environment for our client-partners to efficiently conduct their businesses at the most reasonable cost.

Our world class facilities are currently located at the Makati Central Business District and the Libis, Quezon City Business District. We are working to open a third facility in the U.S.A. soon.

Bastion’s innovative and reliable systems have been recognized by KPMG as being fully conformant to the strict card association standard for the payment industry (PCI).

Our primary mission is to give our global customers the best possible payment support system and environment for them to conduct business at the most reasonable cost through modern, secure, fast, and reliable automation, utilizing the best possible tools and providing top notch service that they can count on, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

Vision
Bastion strives to become a recognized center of excellence for fraud management systems, card acquiring and issuing systems for its stakeholders through its various competencies and core products and be a recognized provider of innovative and cutting edge software payment solutions.
